Handler that connects a standard mix of synchronized and desynchronized display actions.
Uses:
- SetCrosshairSynchronizedAction (synchronized crosshair)
- MoveSenderCameraAction (per-renderer move)
- ZoomSenderCameraAction (per-renderer zoom)
- ScrollSliceStepperAction (per-renderer scroll)
