Toolkit specific implementation of mitk::CallbackFromGUIThread.

For any toolkit, this class has to be sub-classed. One instance of that sub-class has to be registered with mitk::CallbackFromGUIThread. See the (very simple) implementation of QmitkCallbackFromGUIThread for an example.
