Declares the ScalarListLookupTableProperty, a mitk::GenericProperty wrapping a ScalarListLookupTable for storage in MITK property lists.

This property type is primarily used by the model fit framework to persist maps of named scalar lists (e.g. static model parameters) as node or data properties.
