Detailed Description

One seg-source relation as the DICOM SEG writer needs to see it.

The writer turns each entry into one item of the SEG's top-level ReferencedSeriesSequence (0008,1115). Per-slice UID properties are exposed as pointers because they are cloned from the source at Connect time and the writer reads them in place.
