Detailed Description

Preprocessor macros for explicit template instantiation of image access functions across all supported pixel types and dimensions.

These macros work together with the AccessByItk macro family. After defining a templated access function and a corresponding InstantiateAccessFunction_* macro, use InstantiateAccessFunction or one of its variants to generate explicit template instantiations for the desired combinations of pixel types and image dimensions.
