Tag (0054,1001) Units holds a value the SUV pipeline cannot interpret.
Raised by SUVImageFilter when (0054,1001) is present but the value is outside the documented set the pipeline supports (BQML / GML / CM2ML / CNTS with Philips private factor). The IBSI-SUV catalogue defines no recommended adaptation for unknown Units values, so the exception is raised under both DICOMReadPolicy::Lenient and DICOMReadPolicy::Strict. Callers that want to force activity-concentration semantics regardless of the tag (the legacy –ignore-units-check escape hatch) supply SUVImageFilter::SetInputModelOverride explicitly.
