Detailed Description
A uniform decay-time override value is not a usable decay duration.
Raised by SUVImageFilter::SetDecayTimeOverrideInSec for a non-finite (NaN / infinite) value or a negative duration. Zero is accepted: it reproduces ADMIN-style behaviour (residual decay factor 2^0 = 1). A NaN value would otherwise propagate to an all-NaN output and a negative value would scale the dose upward, both silently.
