Detailed Description
Thrown when a DICOM SEG write is rejected in strict mode because the segmentation is missing contract items required for a valid SEG.
A dedicated type so callers can catch this specific case by type - e.g. to offer the user a synthetic-mode retry - without parsing the message and without also catching terminal dcmqi or file-I/O failures.
