Raised when a uniform decay-time override and a per-(timestep, slice) decay-time override map are set simultaneously.
The two override modes are mutually exclusive: each represents a distinct caller intent (a single global value vs. a fully resolved per-slice grid), so the filter refuses to silently drop one in favour of the other. The caller must clear the active override explicitly (ClearDecayTimeOverrideInSec or ClearDecayTimeOverrideMap) before engaging the other mode.
