Detailed Description
Base class for failures triggered by a benchmark-recommended adaptation that the active policy refuses to perform.
The IBSI-SUV benchmark catalogues a handful of recommendations that help MITK accept real-world DICOM input (e.g. interpreting a Radionuclide Total Dose value below 1e4 as MBq rather than Bq). In DICOMReadPolicy::Lenient those recommendations are applied silently-but-loudly (log at WARN). In DICOMReadPolicy::Strict they are refused, and the helper throws an instance of this exception (or one of its derived classes) so callers can decide whether to abort or to escalate to the user.
Catch this base type to map the entire category to one CLI exit code or GUI message; catch a derived type when one specific category needs a tailored reaction.
