Detailed Description

Abstract interface for toolkit-specific cursor implementations.

For any GUI toolkit, this class must be sub-classed to provide cursor management functionality. One instance of the sub-class must be registered with mitk::ApplicationCursor. See QmitkApplicationCursor for an example.
