The pixel value plugin displays the value of the currently selected pixel. To avoid ambiguity, is also shows the name of the image of which the pixel value is sourced.

The raw coordinates of the sourced pixel can be optionally displayed. These coordinates are shown both as indices into the in-memory image array and as absolute world coordinates in millimeters (mm). For time-resolved images, the current time step is displayed separately.

Note that the in-memory representation or indexing order may differ from that of the image file on disk. For example, some image readers always use a left-posterior-superior order for the in-memory layout.

Coordinates can be easily copied to the clipboard in comma-separated format.
