Reader, writer, and mapper extensions for MITK.

This module provides reader and writer implementations for data types defined in the DataTypesExt module. It also provides registration code for mappers define in the MapperExt module.

The module does not provide any public API. It is loaded automatically with the Mitk Core and registers the reader, writer, and mapper classes.
